A warm welcome to Hazelbrook Hazelnuts! We grow and sell whole hazelnuts and hazelnut kernels across New Zealand. Our whole (in-shell) hazelnuts are available in 1kg–20kg bags and hazelnut kernels in sealed, food-grade pouches. Kernels are cracked and packed per order to maximise their fresh taste and quality.  Please see our FAQ’s for more info.

Hazelbrook Hazelnuts is a small family-owned orchard in Wakefield, Tasman district where our trees have thrived for 20 years in the rich alluvial soils deposited by the Wai-iti River that meanders alongside. Year-round we use sustainable, low-impact and eco-friendly practices with all-natural fertilizers. In autumn we harvest, clean, sort and spread the crop onto stackable racks to dry naturally in our purpose-built shed. Every part of the process is hands-on, with care and attention to detail every step of the way.
